PERFORM at the Heartland International Tattoo

Thank you for your interest in performing at the Third Annual Heartland International Tattoo Music and Dance Festival. Last year we had over 350 performers. This year we would like to make it bigger and better.

All performance groups will need to supply a media kit (hard copy or internet based). Your media kit should include a bio, pictures, (video if possible) and audio. Please make sure to include previous performances and references.

We will need each group to sign a Photo Waiver form. The Heartland International Tattoo reserves the right to use photographs and video from the Tattoo performances for future promototional material.
